Where we ship

We ship across India. Delivery options and charges for your PIN code are confirmed on WhatsApp when your order is placed, before you pay anything.

How orders travel

• Orders are packed and dispatched from Sangli, Maharashtra.
• We ship through India Post, under a special contract for our consignments.
• The expected delivery window and tracking details are shared in your order chat once the parcel is booked.
• Fresh or seasonal items (when offered) may ship on specific days of the week to protect freshness.

Charges

Product prices on this site are the MRP for each pack. Delivery is the only amount added on top, and it is quoted with your order total on WhatsApp before you pay — there are no hidden fees, and the amount we confirm in chat is the amount you pay.

Delays

If a dispatch or delivery is delayed beyond what we confirmed, we'll tell you in the same chat without you having to ask. Weather and courier disruptions do occasionally affect rural pickups.
