Ordering is a conversation, not a form
While our online checkout is being finished, every order happens on WhatsApp — with the family, not a call centre. Here is the whole process, start to finish.
Pick your staples
Browse the shop and add jars to your cart — or skip the cart entirely and just tell us what you want in a message. Both work.
Send the order on WhatsApp
Checkout composes a ready-made WhatsApp message with your items and delivery details. One tap sends it straight to the family — there is no online payment step.
We confirm prices and pack sizes
We reply with current prices, available pack sizes and the delivery estimate for your PIN code — during business hours, usually within the day.
Confirm and pay
Once you approve the final amount, we arrange payment the simple way — UPI or bank transfer — and dispatch by India Post. Nothing is charged before you have said yes to a number.

Before you message
Why WhatsApp instead of a normal checkout?
We are a small family business, and card payments are not live yet. Pack prices are on every product page, so you always know the goods total before you start — WhatsApp is where we confirm delivery for your PIN code, and where you can talk to the people who actually made your jaggery.
Is it safe? When do I pay?
You pay nothing on the website, and nothing until we have replied with the final amount — pack prices plus delivery — and you have agreed to it. Payment is by UPI or bank transfer to the family firm, after confirmation, so there is no card form and no surprise amount.
Where do you deliver?
We ship across India; courier options and timelines vary by PIN code, which is exactly what we confirm in the WhatsApp reply. Sangli-area customers can also arrange pickup.
